• Tadalafil (20mg)

Both medications are PDE5 inhibitors, which help improve blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal, enabling men to achieve and maintain an erection. Sildenafil acts swiftly but has a shorter-lasting effect, while Tadalafil provides extended relief, lasting up to 36 hours.

• Sildenafil: It works by blocking the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) enzyme, which prevents normal blood flow to the penis. By inhibiting PDE5, Sildenafil enhances blood flow, enabling an erection when sexually aroused. Its effects begin within 30 to 60 minutes and last for 4-5 hours.
• Tadalafil: Similar to Sildenafil, Tadalafil also blocks PDE5, but its effects are much longer-lasting, remaining active for up to 36 hours. This gives you flexibility for spontaneous sexual activity, as the medication remains effective for a prolonged period.

Take one tablet of either Sildenafil or Tadalafil approximately 30 to 60 minutes before engaging in sexual activity.
